- establishing or determining and collection of taxes and
non-tax budget dues as well as other dues on the basis of
separate regulations,
- assigning Tax Identification Numbers, keeping records of
taxpayers and updating taxpayers’ data,
- receiving tax and identification forms,
- performing tax inspection,
- division and distribution of budget revenues between
national budget and local budgets as stated in separate
regulations,
- conducting investigations in penal tax cases and acting as
public prosecutor,
- enforcement of payments and execution of penalties affecting
property as stated in the regulations of punishment execution
code and penal tax code,
- performing other tasks specified in separate regulations.
